I think I must have smiled to myself the whole way through! I loved it! 💜

My body needed the challenges & my heart craved being held as a Student, & being beautifully guided through the flow.

Ashley & I are very excited to be sharing another soul-soothing evening of Cacao & Kirtan.

This space has been lovingly created for you to fill your cup, rest & enjoy a heart-opening & high vibrational evening.

The wonderful Ashley holds & guides us through a meditation journey with Cacao & sound.

Then we easefully transition into a beautiful Kirtan session - we’re we share, sound & receive the energy & vibrations of mantra.

Come as you are. No experience is needed.

Bring a drink of water 💧 & anything to enhance your seated & laying comfort (fluffy blanket, pillow, warm socks, an eye pillow etc).

Spaces are limited & booking is essential.

In yoga, we speak a lot about being / feeling grounded.

Today I have had the most blessed & wholesome day.

Chair Yoga with a beautiful group.

Lunch with so much laughter, deep conversations & straight-talking…..

Dinner with a friend that has been part of my life for nearly 15 years…..so much catching up, sharing, reflecting (& great food).

These relationships, shared moments, conversations all fill me up, they ground me in exactly where I am in my life rightnow. They hold me without judgement & love me. I hood my friends feel the same.

Feeling emotional today ♥️🙏🏼♥️

This time, 2 years ago, I was in my ‘final assessment’ for my Kirtan course. 200hrs in-person training, in London & with the most EPIC group of people & Teachers.

I then came home to Rugby & was invited to share a chant at a local Kirtan group - I remember it all so well.

I had planned to share a Ganesha 🐘 chant, but, when I sat behind the microphone, it became Kali Maa ❤️‍🔥 instead!

It’s fair to say that everything has changed in the last 2 years, as it should. This practice continues to change my life.

I was always surrounded with such supportive love, patience, softness by those nearest to me.

Happy. Grateful. Ever-changing.

After having to cancel the last event at Cotesbach Educational Trust, I am EVEN MORE excited to share this one with you!!!

This is an evening of candlelight, community, log-fire warmth & mantra 🕉️ ~ everyone is welcome!

There will be herbal teas & homemade wholesome treats too.

No experience is needed. The invitation is to come with an open mind & curiosity.

How Mantra Works ~
“A mantra is a word or sound - sometimes just a syllable - that is repeated as a spiritual practice. It can be spoken aloud, whispered, written or repeated Inwardly, in the silence of the heart.”

I will lead the chant / mantra in a call-and-response tradition & you simply repeat back the sound that you just heard! That’s it.

This is a no -religious practice. There is no dogma in Kirtan.

“When we chant aloud, we feel the vibration in our chest, throat, skull. This anchors the mind externally.

This practice gives the restless mind one thing to "do" , instead of chasing a thousand thoughts. Concentration (Dharana) naturally develops.

By consistently returning to the mantra, you learn you are not your thoughts. You are the awareness that observes thoughts and chooses the mantra. This Is profound freedom!

Mantra Acts Like a Tuning Fork ~
When you chant a traditional mantra, you are tuning Into the primordial hum. Each sound syllable of a mantra is like a tuning fork, gently drawing the system back Into resonance with higher harmony.”

Come as you are. Remove the pressure of experiencing a certain feeling. Just be.
