Walking mindfully being aware of your surroundings brings so much more pleasure to a stroll in the park. Small signs of spring, fluffy buds bursting and tiny leaves unfurling brought a smile to my face this morning. Accompanied by birdsong and my happy dog who sniffed everything it was a very lovely walk.

When you are walking mindfully you start to spot things you may have missed. This morning started damp and misty leaving the trees with delicate beads of dew hanging from them. Once you saw them you couldn't stop seeing them. Nature's Christmas baubles are just beautiful.
