Warehouses are the backbone of so many industries, and the pace, pressure, and physical demands of our work remind us daily why safety must come first. On this National Workplace Day of Remembrance, we reflect on those who never made it home and recommit ourselves to creating environments where every worker feels protected, valued, and empowered to speak up.
Let today be more than a moment of silence — let it be a renewed promise.
A promise to look out for one another.
A promise to address risks before they become incidents.
And a promise to ensure that every warehouse worker finishes their shift safely.
