As we get older, we might not always feel thirsty—but our bodies still need plenty of fluids 💙
Not drinking enough can lead to tiredness, dizziness, and confusion, so it’s really important to sip little and often throughout the day.
This week we’ve had our Hydration Station set up as a friendly reminder!
