Today we’re celebrating someone who is so much more than a colleague or support worker – Martha is part of Adam’s family 💫
Martha has been in Adam’s life for an incredible 11 years, and with SureCare since 2018. The bond they share is truly special – built on love, trust, laughter, and understanding. Moments like making this beautiful cake together say everything about their relationship 🤍
Adam, who lives with Cerebral Palsy, is the very reason SureCare exists, and Martha has been right there on that journey, supporting him with compassion, dedication, and genuine care.
Martha, thank you for everything you do – for the memories, the smiles, the consistency, and for being such an important part of Adam’s life. You are truly one of the family and hold a very special place in our hearts 🥰
