• Keep a regular routine
• Get outside for fresh air, even briefly
• Stay connected with friends, family or carers

💙 This is what it’s all about 💙
My son Adam is the face and the heart of our business 💫 He has cerebral palsy and is the whole reason SureCare exists — to make sure people can live full, happy lives surrounded by care, dignity and joy 🤍
Today we had this gorgeous photo of Adam out with his amazing carers 👩⚕️👨⚕️, enjoying life and celebrating his friend Kinewyn’s birthday 🎉🎂
And WOW… just look at the size of that cake! 😍🍰
They’re at The Tuning Fork in Houlton 🎶 — a truly accessible venue where everyone can relax, join in and make memories together ♿✨
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do 💙
Happy Birthday Kinewyn 🥳 — and thank you to our wonderful carers for making days like this possible 🌟
