I’m planning an online workshop for parents during March to teach parents all of the skills they need to teach their children calm tools to help them thrive 🩷

Each week we will cover a different topic, designed to help parents understand why their children feel all of those big feelings.

Giving you the tools to help your children adopt a calm and positive approach to each day.

Helping them to become more resilient and calmer kids 😍

Teenage parents I need your help, I used to run a few online relaxation sessions for teenagers.

breathing | mindfulness | guided relaxation

Knowing how much they would dislike to come together with strangers for an in person session. Cameras off with no participation required seemed like the perfect idea!

I’m looking to increase my online presence and was thinking of offering these sessions again. However, I’d like teenage input to make this perfect experience for them and truly help them feel relaxed.

Practical ways to help your child feel calmer, safer, and more emotionally regulated

Parenting children with big feelings can be exhausting, especially when anxiety, meltdowns, sleep struggles, or emotional overwhelm become part of daily life.

This online calm workshop is designed to give parents simple, realistic tools to help their children regulate emotions, feel safe, and cope better with everyday challenges ✨

✨ What you will learn

✔ The science behind overwhelm and worry
✔ How to help a child calm their body before emotions escalate
✔ Simple breathing and grounding techniques children actually use
✔ How to create calm routines at home (bedtime, mornings, transitions)
✔ Ways to support anxious, sensitive, or overwhelmed children

All strategies are practical, gentle, and doable even on hard days.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 This workshop is especially helpful for parents of children who:
• Experience anxiety or big emotions
• Struggle to calm down once upset
• Find bedtime difficult
• Are sensitive, neurodivergent, or easily overwhelmed
• Need extra emotional reassurance

I create gentle relaxation and mindfulness online spaces for people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted.

My approach is:

• pressure-free
• nervous-system informed
• suitable for adults, parents, and those working with children

This isn’t about “emptying your mind” or forcing calm.
It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to slow down.

If rest feels hard, emotional, or unfamiliar you’re not broken. You may just need a softer way in.

Stress taught me the importance of calm….and now I teach it 🌿

I’m Jemma, mum to 16-year-old twin boys 👋

I love to travel around the country in my campervan and spend time in nature with my husband and our two dogs 🚐 🐶 🐶 ❤️

I’m a learning support assistant in a local secondary school, SEND-informed, with a background in primary education.

In my late twenties I was diagnosed with MS. Stress was my major trigger, which led me to learn effective breathing, mindfulness, yoga and meditation, tools that genuinely changed how I live.

After being made redundant, I retrained in 2017 with one clear purpose, to help children learn calm skills they could carry through life.

I now run gentle relaxation and mindfulness sessions online, supporting busy minds, anxious bodies, parents, carers and professionals.
