Do you have Plantar Fasciitis?
Do you have heel pain? Arch pain? Foot pain that is worse in the morning?

Plantar fasciitis can be one of the most painful foot conditions if not treated early enough.

There are more chances of developing Plantar Fasciitis if you have flat feet or high arched feet.

I have found the most success in treating plantar fasciitis with identifying the cause and creating a customized treatment plan. This includes stretches, strengthening, footwear advice and customized orthotics.
