At Hawksyard Priory we take the view that top-quality care for our residents & patients starts with caring for our staff. That means a decent rate of pay, a reliable rota, regular training and support, and a management team that want to see you progress and achieve.

We will provide specialised and fully qualified induction training supported by the Care Certificate that will be completed within the first few weeks of you commencing work with us and delivered in our new training suite.

You will also have the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Adult Social care free of charge. We will equip you with the skills and qualifications to move your career forward with us because we want our staff to see their future with us.

Under new management, lots of exciting changes are happening...

We are looking for friendly care workers of all levels of experience to join our family of staff and residents at Hawksyard Priory Nursing Home in Rugeley, Staffordshire (WT15 1PT).

We have a dedicated training manager and training suite; team members can gain NVQ levels 2 and 3 on the job. Care Assistant roles and Senior positions available.

We also manage our own team of agency staff; Specialist Care Practitioners are highly trained care experts who are loaned out to other homes in the local area. All positions are available, full training is provided. Details and options can be discussed in interview.

We care for up to 87 people with varying needs and provide residential, nursing, and dementia care, learning disabilities and end of life care for people aged 18 and upwards.

The hours required cover the full 24hr period, shifts are based on 7am-7pm/7pm-7am pattern. There is some flexibility in this which can be discussed at interview.

What we need from you;

No care experience is needed as full training is provided, although some experience would be beneficial. If you are applying for a senior position- evidence of qualifications is required.

Be authorised to work in the UK (evidence will be required)
Complete a satisfactory DBS check
