ONE TIME OFFER. To Friends, Family, and Former Clients.
As a newly Registered Master Trainer of Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as Tapping. I am planning on delivering an Introductory Session FREE OF CHARGE.
This will provide an understanding of the fundamentals and demonstrate how to use Tapping for SELF HEALTH.
For those that attend and find it interesting and helpful, an invitation to attend the Level 1 Foundation in EFT Practice will follow. This will be delivered online and charged at a nominal admin fee.
The Reason: This will be my first delivery of the EFT Program as a Trainer. I honestly would not expect learners to pay full price when I am not on my A-Game. So the Course will be mutually beneficial.
The Introductory 2-hour session will be online Tuesday 04th at 1800 London.

Today the seasons change with the Autumn Equinox at 1430 in the UK. It is a time that I choose to mimic in a small way by giving up negative, bad habits or things that just don't serve me well.
I have a ritual where I meditate and then write down the issues that have been causing me concern or pain. If it has been pride or anger, regret or worry it is easy to release. Others aren't so easy but it is a good way to start. Once written I sit outside and light a fire. Placing the paper In the fire and willing it to burn away my unwanted baggage.
This for me is a good healthy event that I have come to enjoy. Taking time out for self care. It doesn't change the world I live in or the people and circumstances that turn up. But it does light a spark that changes the inner self, which is me.
So I will make this effort to give what I can to those that may need it (this post if any care to adopt it) be a better person than i was this morning and be at greater peace for tomorrow.

Hey, how are you all doing?
I haven't put a post up for a while and have been shying away from Social Media in recent months. I was overloaded with events and emotional response to an epic level and became an I.T Introspective.
The past few months have been a whirlwind of stress and pain for many, frustration and worry would be a better description for some or complete confusion and bewilderment even.
As we go through high summer and the weather heats up to record heights with floods inbound to the UK this week, the above mentioned mind body responses are likely to continue. There is no better time to check in and remind ourselves of the need for self care and gratitude for what we have.
Fo me I am grateful for being able to continue working. Its not what I had planned or what I enjoy doing, but it is work and is needed. The clinic I work in is up north so I stay in digs and hotels and seem to be living out of a travel case and plastic bags a lot :) I have been able to keep the therapy clinic going for those that need it most. Mostly online work but occasionally face to face if the need is highest. As this is on the off days I am very grateful for a 4days on 4 days off contract.
Recently the Government has begun to relax some of the restrictions imposed. This has been good for me, particularly in my returning to the classroom. Plans are in the making to provide the Mental Health First Aid Course. Meditation practices. Qigong for beginners and services which allow for group holistic healing as-well as Regression therapy and Lifestyle Nutrition Evolution.
I wish you all health and blessings and look forward to seeing you all as soon as a level of normality is permitted.
If anyone that has attended a class or a therapy session in the past would like a recording, short refresher or advise then please shout and I will do my best to help as always.

An online presentation of EFT Practice for Health & Wellbeing. This will be an introduction to a Science-Based Holistic Therapy Tool used the World over for improvement of both Physical and Mental Health. The session will be an introduction to the practice and methods to use for a rapid improvement in Stress levels. Contact Ade to join the group on Tuesday Evening @ 1900 to 2000. All are welcome. Cost is at your discretion. If you don't have it, don't stress it, but come anyway.

Over the last couple of days, I have been learning and developing a program that will allow me to provide therapy and group classes on a digital platform. I believe this to be my strongest possible contribution to the community in this time of uncertainty.
The aim of this is to provide many benefits, not least health and resilience to persevere in the current climate.
The program I will be offering is remote one to one therapy sessions, and group sessions for meditation and Tai-chi Qigong. The benefits are not least a sense of relaxation and a boost to the Immune system, Respiratory and Circulatory systems which are most needed to be functioning optimally in the presence of a health threat.
For the folk that have immediate issues such as panic attacks and an ongoing sense of panic, I invite you to reach out and book an appointment. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to call/chase people after they put a comment on this post. But I would invite you to send a message or share with someone else that may need the help.
The cost of using the service is fluid. The reason for this is after working with all sections of society and charities over recent years I am acutely aware that those in need of help most are usually unable to afford a great deal. However, due to me being self-employed and at present not receiving sick pay, holiday allowance or Government grants in this difficult time, I am unable to offer a free to all service. So I have set the fee at whatever you feel comfortable and capable of paying.
The group classes are not without limit and priority will be given to those already attending or have been past clients.
The initial online Group will be the Qigong on Monday Morning at 1030 as is the normal routine. There will be other group times to follow. I will continue to update all that has already been in touch and send out information as it evolves.
