As of this week, the dispensary opening hours will differ, until further notice.

The opening hours are as follows;

Monday: 8:30-12:00 & 15:00-18:30
Tuesday: 8:30-12:00 & 15:00-18:30
Wednesday: 8:30-12:00 & **15:00-16:00**
Thursday: 8:30-12:00 & 15:00-18:30
Friday: 8:30-12:00 & **15:00-16:00**

The difference will only occur on a Wednesday & Friday afternoon.

Abbots Bromley Surgery uses online consultations for non-urgent & administrative requests. This saves you a phone call to our Reception Team.

If you contact us during our core hours of 0800-18:30 Monday - Friday, your request will be reviewed on the same day and actioned based on the information you have provided. This may include booking an appointment, offering advice, signposting to another service or requesting further information.

For urgent help, call our Reception Team. If we’re closed, visit NHS online or call 111. In an emergency, call 999

Abbots Bromley Surgery will be closed from 1pm on Tuesday 11th November due to staff training.

Dental Issues 🦷🪥

If you’re in pain or experiencing an urgent dental issue, NHS urgent dental appointments are now available across Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent.
As part of the government’s national to deliver 700,000 additional urgent dental appointments, the Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent Integrated Care Board (ICB) is expanding access to urgent dental care in your local area.

What this means?
🔹 Over 16,000 new urgent dental appointments will be made available each year across Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent
🔸 The new appointments will be provided in addition to existing NHS urgent dental care services.

These urgent slots are reserved for patients in need of immediate care, suggested as;

🔹 Severe dental pain or swelling
🔸 Infections or dental trauma
🔹 Bleeding or urgent post-treatment issues

You’ll be signposted to available appointments by contacting the Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent Advice Line on 0300 123 0981

Appointments are offered based on clinical need and availability at local dental practices who have signed up to provide addidional urgent care slots.
