We understand that the new online consultation, Blinx, can seem overwhelming for some patients.

We will be holding drop-in sessions for our patients to attend on the following dates. Just pop into the waiting room for support.

Starting Thursday, October 17th, we’re launching a new Total Triage booking system for routine GP appointments. Here’s what you need to know:
• No need for a phone call: Use our easy online consultation service anytime during working hours!
• Skip the queues: Fill out a form, and a GP will review it and get back to you with advice or an appointment.
• No logins required: Just your NHS number and date of birth needed.
• Support available: Our friendly reception team is here to assist anyone who cannot access the online system. We will be providing workshops, and guides to those who can!
