‘& maybe growth is about -
keeping promises to yourself first…’

If you are a self identified people pleaser like me, then this realisation in itself is growth.

It is way too easy to succumb to putting yourself last on the list but prioritising promises and commitments you have made within yourself count for more than you know.

It gives yourself self respect.

It makes you a truer version of you for everyone else around you.

Whether it is buying yourself some flowers or making a big life change from a promise you made to yourself as a child…give it a go & notice a little piece of yourself come back within.

Snippets of the start of Autumn 🍂

Autumn is Sunday pub lunches. Scents of crackling log fires. Chit chatting endlessly by candlelight over a bottle of wine. Candles of all shapes and sizes: Table, Pillar, Tealights, Scented, the lot! Crisp Saturday morning walks followed by your favourite cup of coffee, to warm up your fingertips (which are painted Cinnamon Spice colour!). The sun’s beams flooding through the windows at welcoming hours. Saying hello again to your navy clothes, clothes with deep orange hues and earthy browns, welcoming in the change of the season. Autumn is the open arms of an old friend. It is the season that welcomes you home to sink into the fluffy duvets, reset and be cosy once more.
