This week is our final Teen Gym evening sessions of the current term, with last nights session outstanding from start to finish 💪🏻💪🏻

Our final two sessions will wrap up our block of back squat work, with tonnes of progress being made.

At the start of the term, we stated “you will all have plates on the bar” and that has been exactly what has been achieved 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Thursday Reflections 2.0 ❤️❤️

Last Thursday was a momentous day for our little organisation. In just one single day, we educated, impacted, supported over 500 individuals - UNREAL 🔥🔥

- Prenton High School: Year 11 sleep clinics
- Palacefields Primary: After School Support Programme
- Gym & Sleep Study: Supporting SEND families with sleep
- Teen Gym: Providing teens a space to train and socialise
- Adult Strength Training: small group strength sessions for adults
- Hormone Health Hub: sleep support and education for women experiencing menopause

Matt, Lucy, Miky, Caitlin and Sean all were integral to delivering this work and impacting so many from Wirral to Runcorn to Preston all in one single day.

This is what community health work looks like.
Not flashy. Not easy. But deeply meaningful.

Proud. Grateful. And just getting started ❤️

Our fully funded weekly Simple Yoga sessions return tomorrow (Mon 9th Feb) at 3.30pm at The Heath Gym.

If you are looking to try yoga for the first time, want to add something different to your fitness programme or are needing something to help with mental or physical health, this session is a no brainer!

🔥 Simple yoga supporting flexibility, joint mobility and mental health through achievable movements and poses. Suitable for all abilities.

Another stacked week of wellbeing.... 🏋️❤️😴

A brilliant week of sessions and activities supporting people with sleep improvement, providing sessions for teen fitness, adult strength training and yoga whilst also providing in-school and workplace mental health and sleep support.

Last Thursday we impacted nearly 600 people in one single day through our work, an unbelievable achievement!

This week we are delighted to be at The Grange Academy to speak to pupils about sleep, mental health and how fitness can impact both 🏋️❤️😴

Reminder for families, on Thursday it is the final session of our second SEND / Gym Sleep study iteration, please bring back completed packs.

🔥 Fully coached exercise session for SEND children and families living with sleep difficulties to understand impact on sleep of resistance exercise.
