Teen Gym - Easter Half Term 🏋️🏋️ℹ️ℹ️

Easter Half term is here and we have the doors opening tomorrow at Studio Two from 12 noon with fully funded Teen Gym sessions, giving young people structure, positive activity and a chance to socialise.

During half term it is more than lifting weights, we'll have pool, darts, table tennis, chill time, archery, and weather permitting, football.

Whether they’re brand new to the gym or already active, all attendees are welcome and supported.

Rolling into Easter half term, and have an amazing four days of activity across the community, supporting children, young people, families, and adults.

We have camps, fitness, and sleep support running all week.

📍 Health & Wellbeing Camp – Palacefields
📆 Mon - Thurs: 9am - 3pm
🎾 Four days of energy, creativity and movement for young people.

📍 Health & Wellbeing Camp – Widnes
📆 Tue - Thurs: 9am - 1pm
🏹 Focused sessions combining physical activity, fun, and social connection for kids.

📍 Teen Gym – Studio Two
📆 Tues, Weds & Thurs • 12 - 4pm
🏋️‍♂️ Half term gym, football, darts, pool and table tennis sessions for teens.

📍 Adult Strength Training – Studio Two
📆 Tue & Thurs • 6:30pm
🔥 Fully coached strength sessions designed to help you build strength.

📍 Simple Yoga – The Heath
📆 Mon • 3:30pm
🧘 A calming, gentle flow perfect for releasing tension and resetting.

Final Teen Gym Session Tonight 🏋🏻‍♀️✅

A reminder for all parents and teens that tonight is our final Teen Gym evening session for our early spring term.

Our new term will restart following Easter half term with our regular coaching team back to normal, and of course thank you to everyone for their efforts this term 👍🏼👏🏻

There are still spaces available for our half term programme which is fully funded, including lunch for this who are SEND or in receipt of free school meals.

🎾🏹 At Palacefields we have our usual health and wellbeing themed sessions, including sports, performing arts, creativity and problem solving.

📍 Ages 4-11: Palacefields Primary School

📅 Dates: Mon 30th March – Thur 2nd April
⏰ Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm each day

🥊🏋🏻‍♀️ For Teens we have strength and conditioning, football, boxing, pool, darts and table tennis.

Our final week before we switch to our half term schedule, with lots of sessions and activities available throughout the next five days.

Alongside our regular fixed sessions this week, we have lots of alternate provision available with EmpowerED sessions at The Heath and SELF resilience sessions in Leigh. Both programmes supporting young people in creating structure, confidence and practical skills around health, fitness and lifestyle.

Here’s what’s coming up ⬇️

📍 Teen Gym – Studio Two
📆 Tues, Weds & Thurs • 5pm
🏋️‍♂️ A supportive gym environment where teens can build strength, confidence and positive habits. No experience needed — just turn up and give it a go.

📍 Adult Strength Training – Studio Two
📆 Tue & Thurs • 6:30pm
🔥 Fully coached strength sessions designed to help you move better, feel stronger and build lasting fitness. Suitable for all abilities.

📍 Simple Yoga – The Heath
📆 Mon • 3:30pm
🧘 A calming, gentle flow with Shona — perfect for releasing tension, stretching out and resetting for the week ahead.

📍 After School Club – Palacefields
📆 Mon–Fri • 3:15–4:15pm
🤸‍♀️ Active, engaging sessions that keep children moving, learning and having fun once the school day ends.

📍 EmpowerED – Studio Two
📆 Weds • 12–2pm
🎯 A structured programme helping young people build confidence, routine and practical coaching skills around exercise and healthy lifestyles.
