Another stacked week of wellbeing.... 🏋️❤️😴
A brilliant week of sessions and activities supporting people with sleep improvement, providing sessions for teen fitness, adult strength training and yoga whilst also providing in-school and workplace mental health and sleep support.
Last Thursday we impacted nearly 600 people in one single day through our work, an unbelievable achievement!
This week we are delighted to be at The Grange Academy to speak to pupils about sleep, mental health and how fitness can impact both 🏋️❤️😴
Reminder for families, on Thursday it is the final session of our second SEND / Gym Sleep study iteration, please bring back completed packs.

📍 Simple Yoga – The Heath Gym
📆 Mon • 3:3-–4:30pm
🔥 Simple yoga supporting flexibility, joint mobility and mental health through achievable movements and poses. Suitable for all abilities.
📍 After School Club – Palacefields
📆 Mon–Fri • 3:15–4:15pm
🤸♀️ Fun, active sessions that keep children moving, learning, and smiling once the school day ends. An extension to PE lessons (in our opinion).
📍 SEND Sleep Gym Study – Studio Two
📆 Thurs • 4:00pm
🔥 Fully coached exercise session for SEND children and families living with sleep difficulties to understand impact on sleep of resistance exercise.
📍 Adult Strength Training – Studio Two
📆 Tue & Thurs • 6:30pm
🔥 Fully coached strength sessions that help you build strength, fitness and keeping you on track for this year. Suitable for all abilities.
📍 Community Sleep Clinics – Studio Two
📆 Ongoing • Various times
😴 1-1 sleep clinic supporting families, individuals and children who are struggling with sleep, sleep disorders and fatigue.
📍 Teen Gym – Studio Two
📆 Tue, Weds & Thurs • 5pm
🔥 Gym sessions for teenagers who are looking to build fitness, socialise and engage with positive, fun activities. Suitable for all abilities.
