We’re heading into week three of December with a full programme of activities, with sessions for strength, sleep improvement, and general wellbeing 🏋️🏋️
Many regular sessions are entering their final week of the year.
Here’s what’s coming up ⬇️
📍 Teen Gym – Studio Two (Final Week)
📆 Tues, Weds & Thurs • 5pm
🏋️♂️ A positive, structured training space where teens can build confidence, strength, and healthy habits — no experience needed, just turn up and try.
📍 Adult Strength Training – Studio Two (Final Week)
📆 Tue & Thurs • 6:30pm
🔥 Fully coached strength sessions that help you move better, feel stronger, and build fitness that lasts. Suitable for all abilities.
📍 Simple Yoga – The Heath (Final Week)
📆 Mon • 3:30pm
🧘 A gentle, grounding session with Shona — ideal for easing tension, slowing down, and resetting both body and mind.
📍 After School Club – Palacefields (Final Week)
📆 Mon–Fri • 3:15–4:15pm
🤸♀️ Fun, active sessions that keep children moving, learning, and smiling once the school day ends.
📍 SEND Family Gym (Sleep Study) – Studio Two (Final Week)
📆 Thurs • 4pm
💛 An inclusive, relaxed movement session for SEND families — supporting confidence, connection, and better sleep through activity.
📍 1-1 Sleep Clinics – Studio Two
📆 Ongoing • 11am–4:30pm
😴 Personalised sleep support to help improve rest, energy, and day-to-day wellbeing. Referral or self-referral welcome.
