Sessions for the Week 👇🏻
Teen Gym returns this week with four sessions available to attend, Tuesday and Thursday operating as normal, with two sessions available on Wednesday evening, session two reserved for pool, table tennis and darts.
We also have our regular weekly sessions, activities and clinics operating across the week, including Sleep Clinics, Simple Yoga and Adult Strength Training.

🔥 Fully supported strength and conditioning sessions for teenagers alongside recreational activities including pool, darts and table tennis.
📍 Simple Yoga – The Heath
📆 Mon • 3:30pm
🧘 A gentle, grounding session with Shona, ideal for easing tension, slowing down, and resetting both body and mind.
📍 Adult Strength Training – Studio Two
📆 Tue & Thurs • 6:30pm
🔥 Fully coached strength sessions that help you move better, feel stronger, and build fitness that lasts. Suitable for all abilities.
📍 After School Club – Palacefields
📆 Mon–Fri • 3:15–4:15pm
🤸♀️ Fun, active sessions that keep children moving, learning, and smiling once the school day ends.
📍 1-1 Sleep Clinics – Studio Two
📆 Ongoing • 11am–4:30pm
😴 Personalised sleep support to help improve rest, energy, and day-to-day wellbeing. Referral or self-referral welcome.
