PERSONALISED:
- Meal Plans for whatever you needs are. Meat eater, Vegan, Vegetarian we can create a plan specifically for you. They can be standard plans, 80:20 versions, 2-meal plans etc etc. Each meal will give you a calorie content and then if you want to swap a meal out on a random day, you can find something else in our data base!
- Training plans for mums who can’t get to a gym, with or without weights, for those who do not feel comfortable in a gym and for anyone else who just can’t get there! We also have plans for those who are new to the gym, experienced gym goers and everything in between! 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathon plans! All our workouts come with videos of how to perform the exercise correctly! Just like the meal plan, if you want a break from your plan, we have set up daily routines you can use to change it up 💪
Most importantly, we will create any plan you want to make sure you hit your goals!
Our app also provide our ON DEMAND section where you can find the wide range of exercises, training plans, educational videos on vitamins, minerals, protein, creatine etc etc. We also have motivational videos to help you get started if you are having “one of those days” and Spotify play lists to get the mood elevated 😂
Your watch links to our app so you can track your steps and other metrics. You log your food and workouts so we know how to direct your future plans.
The best thing of all, it will be continuously being updated and new material being added! Our aim is to be the best app around, keeping it fresh, providing accountability and pushing you to a better self 💪
