~ World Kindness Day ~

Today, on World Kindness Day, we're reflecting on what brings our community together.

Every week, we welcome refugees and asylum seekers to our free yoga classes in Liverpool / Merseyside. These sessions are more than just movement and breath—they're a space where kindness shows up in simple ways: a warm welcome, a shared practice, and the reminder that everyone belongs.

Kindness doesn't need to be grand. Sometimes it's just showing up, making space, and saying "you're welcome here."
