📱 FREE DATA SIM CARDS FOR PATIENTS IN RUNCORN

If you are experiencing financial difficulties—whether short-term or long-term—a free data SIM card, complete with calls and texts, could provide essential support.
This initiative aims to help individuals stay connected, access vital services, and manage their health effectively.
GP Health Connect Databank, supported by major mobile networks including Vodafone, O2, and Three, offers free mobile data to individuals who meet specific eligibility criteria.

âś… ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To qualify for a free data SIM through the National Databank, individuals must:
• Be 18 years or older and from a low-income household.
Additionally, meet at least one of the following conditions:
o Have no or insufficient access to the internet at home.
o Have no or insufficient access to the internet when away from home.
o Cannot afford an existing monthly contract or top-up.
o Socially isolated individuals (e.g., elderly, disabled, carers).
o People facing homelessness, domestic abuse survivors, or other vulnerable situations.
