To all our lovely clients
We just wanted to share a quick messaqe regarding Booksy. We understand there's been some concern about entering bank details, so we'd like to reassure you.

Your details are only used to protect against no-show appointments-no money will ever be taken from your account without reason. If you need to cancel and give us notice, there is absolutely no charge.

The reason we have this system in place is because missed appointments still mean our staff need to be paid, so it helps protect their time.

We completely understand that entering bank details can feel a bit worrying, but please be assured it is safe and simply there as a precaution.

We also kindly ask that cash is still preferred in the clinic, as we often experience poor signal which can make transfers difficult and delay payments for our staff
