Looking for a handful of volunteers, can you help? This will be a Transformative Breathwork session, all you have to do is lay down, and breath! You will be introduced to and guided through two different breathing techniques. You don't need any experience, just an interest in the power of the breath.

If you have any questions at all, please message me.

It will form the final part of the training I am currently undergoing to become a Breathwork Practitioner, and my coach will be there to support and assess me.
