Andrea can teach you how to train your fast and slow twitch fibres.

Pelvic Floor Exercise Tip of the Day: The pelvic floor muscles have both fast and slow twitch fibres.
The slow ones are for endurance, holding when we we need good organ and abdominal support. The fast ones switch on quickly to help close the urethra and a**l sphincters to stop leaks .
You need to train both and you need to re-train the fast reflexes of contracting before coughing etc. Commonly called 'the knack' this should become automatic again once you have worked on it.
