Grove House Practice

Grove House Practice Grove House Practice is a GP Surgery based in Runcorn. The Practice building provides easy access for disabled people and for mums or dads with prams.

On Thursday 17th August 2017, Grove House Practice and Heath Road Surgery merged together to become Grove House Partnership, making Heath Road a branch of Grove House. We are a full Primary Health Care Team and have a number of General Practitioners, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants as well as District Nurses, Health Visitors, Midwives and a full complement of non-medical support staff to support the efficient running of the partnership. All surgeries are on the ground floor for convenience. To the rear of the Health Centre there is a large public car park with disabled spaces available. We also have a ‘Patient Group’ which consists of up to 11 members all of whom are patients at the practice. We regularly meet on a 4-6 weekly basis with the group to discuss specific issues and we rely on their assistance to help us to improve our services to our patients as we feel the patient’s point of view is essential if we are to continue to provide an excellent service. Together we aim to provide the very highest quality of care for the people within the Runcorn area. We constantly monitor our services to ensure we can improve and provide the best service. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome.

Last week, our GP Assistant, Ali, left the Practice, we will all miss her, but wish her every success in her new job, Ali would like to share the following message:

I joined Grove house Practice at the age of 19 as an apprentice 7 years ago and have gained so much knowledge and skills that I will take on with me in my new role. I have also gained some of the most amazing friends, colleagues and experiences and have also had many big milestones here such as buying my first house, passing my driving test and turning 21 here just to name a few. I will be so sad to leave as Grove has been my second home for so long and alls I’ve know, but it’s time for a change, a new challenge and a thirst for something new. I want to thank all of my lovely patients for being so kind/patient/thankful each time I see them and you will all be very missed. For now take care and all the best ###
