My journey begins some 7 years ago. Having had Breast Cancer for the second time, I received a lengthy treatment regime and then returned to the Health Visiting role that I loved. However, like so many people moving on from their cancer journey, I needed more time to find myself again and to create a new normal.
I had always had great interest in complimentary therapies and soon after qualifying as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, I enrolled on a Reflexology Course - I was hooked! Swedish Massage and Pregnancy Massage followed (amongst other things!!) and more recently Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and a Doula training has completed the picture.
Through these lovely therapy experiences, I am able to continue to support and nurture women through different stages of life be it their fertility journey or pregnancy, birth, baby and beyond. I have plenty to offer and a lot of passion for what I do.
