Monday evening 7-8pm yoga at Atherington pavilion. There will be an extended relaxation 8-8.30pm with bowls and chimes ( donation £1 or so to dog rescue centre for the extra bit) please bring a blanket and pillow. There will also be cakes to buy. You are also welcome to just attend the yoga 7-8pm usual cost £7.50. Thanks Carole

Over the next few weeks in classes I will be bringing in cakes to sell and extending the relaxation session for donations to the local dog rescue in Devon for a Christmas dinner for the dogs that at the moment do not have a home 🩷

How to Do “Legs Up the Wall Pose” (Viparita Karani):
1. Sit close to a wall with one side of your body touching it.
2. Lie back slowly and swing your legs up onto the wall.
3. Adjust so your hips are near (but not pressing against) the wall.
4. Rest your arms out to the sides, palms facing up.
5. Keep your spine relaxed and breathe deeply.
6. Stay in the pose for 5–10 minutes, then gently roll to one side to come out.

✅ Tip: You can place a cushion under your hips for added comfort
