The first full moon of the year rises high over the cold winter landscape, casting its silvery light across quiet fields and frosted rooftops. Known as the Wolf Moon, it calls to something deep and ancient within us — a time for reflection, intuition, and renewal.

In the stillness of January, this moon reminds us to listen to our inner voice and honour the rhythms of rest and awakening. As the light grows stronger with each passing day, the Wolf Moon invites us to release what no longer serves us and to step forward with quiet strength into the year ahead.

Look out into the skies tonight and breathe in the fresh air and "Moon bathe!"

Look out in clear skies tonight for the final full moon of the year the Cold Moon, which is so named after the long and dark nights as winter's grip tightens. But, falling in the festive season, it's also often referred to as Moon before Yule or Long Nights Moon 🌕
