🦶You could fall downstairs and break your foot (yep that was my challenging adaptation for 2025 sorted)
😲Your best friend could drop a bombshell
I could go on …
The truth is we can’t say for certain what will happen tomorrow.
So in today’s unstable world , do we choose to live in fear of the unknown, or take a leap of faith to liberation and freedom from fear?
In July I’m running a yoga retreat in the Dalyan. Delta, Turkey 🇹🇷
People have asked; am I concerned?
Not at all, the venue is 2,700 km from the borders or Iran and Syria.
I love Turkey , the culture , the land and perhaps most of all the sea 🐠🌅🌴
And in a world that is becoming increasingly volatile, I refuse to be conditioned by bully boy tactics.
Indeed, rather than diminishing my light it has the opposite effect… it brings out the warrior, the freedom fighter, the light worker from within.
Who else here who loves yoga feels the same way ?
I’ve just checked flights and have found a some that are even cheaper than when I booked mine months ago.
If you want to spend a week drinking in the sunshine in a most beautiful part of the world, enjoy exquisite local cuisine, and after a week of soulful , embodied yoga return to your life renewed, and shining with positivity and light…. 💡
Then we can’t wait to see you there!! 💛
