💙🩵 Meet the team 🩵💙

We are pleased to re-introduce Natalie, who is not only one of our Senior Community team members but is now also taking on responsibility for Infection Control and COSHH across the company.

As part of this role, Natalie will be reviewing monthly property and infection control audits, as well as supporting the team to ensure we continue to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all our services.

As Maximus continues to expand, with more properties and more individuals we support, it is essential that we remain proactive and rigorous in our approach to infection control. Natalie’s role will be key in helping us maintain safe, clean, and high-quality environments for everyone.

Natalie has a keen eye for hygiene and isn’t afraid to get stuck in herself. She enjoys a deep clean and will be supporting teams with both everyday cleaning tasks and more thorough, spring-clean–style activities to help maintain consistently high standards.

Fran moved to the Isle of Wight and started support from Maximus at the start of 2024.

Fran moved into a residential placement and desperately wanted to work towards getting her own place. Fast forward to January 2026 and she's done it! In those two years Fran has started her first part time job, she has worked on her independence and keeping herself and those around her safe.

We couldn't be more proud of the journey Fran has been on and where she is now!
Keep smashing life Fran, we will be with you every step of the way. Remember, no goal is unachievable and anything is possible.

A quote from Fran herself - "When I first came to Maximus my main goal was to eventually have my own place, and because I have come on in leaps and bounds this has been made possible. I have lots more space and can be a lot more independent. It's a dream come true " 💙🏡🩵

What started as a plan to support a group of people in 2022 turned in to something beyond what we could ever imagine. The team at Maximus truly care about people and go above and beyond every single day to empower others to live the most fulfilled lives possible. A huge thanks to this award winning team for all they do.

Meet the faces behind Maximus Support Services!

This is Paige she has been with Maximus for about 4 months. She has 2 years experience with Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism, in a residential setting.

When talking to Paige she said 'Maximus helps the individual achieve things that they might not of thought was possible and it’s amazing to see the individuals succeed in different things. It's great being a part of this team!
The recruitment process was really easy and I was informed on what was happening at every step and it was less stressful compared to other places. The management and leadership at Maximus are amazing, they are always there to support you and the team, even for the smallest things.'

Outside of work Paige enjoys volunteering with a local carnival group for children, which helps them to learn new skills too. She also spends time with her family.

We are recruiting!
Role: Senior Community Lead based on the Isle of Wight- Contracted 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
Your role will be a blend of support, office administrative duties and on-call. This position would suit a skilled senior support team member who wants that key regular interaction with people supported as well as other duties.
It would also suit a very experienced carer wanting to take that next step in their career with a high level of support and nurturing around them.
Pay: £13.50ph - £14.20ph - determined on experience and skills
5.6 weeks annual leave
1.5 rate on bank holidays if required to work
35p per mile for travel between work locations during working hours and on-call
On-call payment:
Based on 1 in 4-6weeks on-call - £210.00 per week of on-call
This excludes payment for hours worked on-call outside of administrative duties and you will be paid on the hour for extras. There will always be support around you when you are on-call.
