I’m loving being back teaching in Hexham on a Friday morning following my hip replacement. So if you fancy giving Pilates a go and are available from 11-12 noon on a Friday please contact me. We are a small friendly group and the class is suitable for complete beginners or those with Pilates experience.

How are you looking after your health this August? As I’ve recently had a Total Hip Replacement (21/7) I am taking plenty of rest to allow my body to heal. I’m also focusing on my post-op exercises to maximise my recovery.
I’m therefore taking a break from offering Bowen Therapy and teaching Pilates, although keen to get back to both once I feel ready to.
