🐎 Assisting our friends at SES MedEvent with an Equestrian Event
📣 Working alongside DC Event Medical at a Cheer & Dance Competition
🎬 Plus providing a Technician on a Film Set for two days

Busy day for the LMAS Team! 🐴⚽🚑

We’ve been horsing around today providing full medical cover at an equestrian event.

Last night, our team were out again delivering both crowd and player cover at football.

All while preparing and gearing up for another busy weekend of events ahead with 14 staff out over the two days!

Proud of our team for their continued hard work and commitment across the UK. 💛💚

Fun in the sun for the LMAS team this week!

We were proud to provide medical cover across a brilliant range of events including:
- BMX thrills & spills
- A fantastic running event with a large Paramedic led team
- A stunning bird show
- And our regular football ground coverage.

🚑 A Busy Start to the Weekend for LMAS!

Our Operations Team were in early this morning getting both vehicles packed, checked, and ready to deploy. Behind the scenes, our ops workload continues to grow — and this winter is certainly our busiest ever.

Today, our crews are heading out in different directions to cover a wide range of events, including:
• 🚴‍♂️ A BMX event
• 🏃‍♀️ A Half Marathon
• 🦅 A Bird Show
• 🐎 Showjumping
• ⚽ Two football clubs

No matter the location or event, we’re proud to deliver professional, reliable medical cover across the UK — 7 days a week.

A huge thank you to Lost Yak today for giving our Cycle Response Units some much‑needed TLC. All three bikes fully serviced, checked, tested, oiled, parts replaced, and now absolutely ready for the busy season ahead.

Our CRU teams support a wide range of events, staffed from Responders right through to Paramedics depending on event needs and risk assessments. These units make a real difference on the ground, and keeping them in top condition is essential.

While the bikes were being worked on, we also finalised another policy, signed off by our Clinical Leadership Team, just in time for football cover this evening.

No signs of slowing down as we ramp up towards a packed event season. Onwards & Upwards!

Our team has been out across the UK once again delivering high‑quality medical cover to a huge variety of events. Here's a look at what we've been up to:

🎡 Supporting a partner company with fun fair medical cover in Yorkshire

🏃‍♂️ 10 of our staff deployed on a Midlands Half Marathon, including a Cycle Response Paramedic.

⚽ Providing cover for two football clubs, including a dedicated dual qualified Ambulance Technician & EMFAiF pitch-side medic

🥋 Medical support for a karate event in Wales

💃 Ensuring safety at a vibrant dance competition in Essex

What a weekend for the team!

Over 20 shifts successfully covered across the country again including
- A Dance competition
- Two football clubs, including player & pitchside cover for one of them.
- A half marathon
- Our Regular BMX clients
and we provided additional cover to supporting another provider as well.

Our crews were out from Manchester to Essex, keeping events safe and running smoothly.

A huge thank you to Para Services Ltd for their support with a Paramedic‑Led Cycle Response Team Team this weekend — teamwork at its best.

It’s 6pm — the weekend starts here!! 🤩

While most people are winding down, our teams are gearing up. Tonight we’ve got a Technician supporting one of our industry partners in the North West, kicking off a packed few days for everyone at Local Medics & Ambulance Service.

Tomorrow we’re covering football fixtures across the Midlands and Hampshire, alongside a busy night at a music venue. Then Sunday takes us from Birmingham to Hertfordshire, Essex and London with BMX, running events, dance shows and even a film screening.

A full weekend of eventing, keeping people safe, supported and cared for — exactly how we like it.

Huge thanks to our brilliant crews for making it all happen.

The end of a very busy weekend!

27 shifts covered from 6pm on Friday to 9pm Sunday!

From Nightclubs to Equestrian, a Half Marathon to Large Trade Show, and Men's and Women's Football our staff have been out and about!

Now the kit is repacked and away ready for next week, the Ambulance is cleaned, and end of event medical reports being finalised to send onto clients.

With 20+ shifts out next weekend our team isn't slowing down at all!

A busy weekend for the team with 23 staff out.

From Football Matches in the Midland and Hampshire, to Paramedic Level Teams supporting a Half Marathon in the North East, we've also had teams supporting a music venue in Birmingham & an ongoing Film Set as well.

Just because we're not the most active on Social Media doesn't mean we aren't active in the field & on the jobs.

And alongside this we've also had our Doctor & Pharmacist renew all our PGDs as we push towards our CQC registration.
