This evening is for you—a space to dance, stretch, and reset.
Friday 27th 6.30-8.30pm £30 an evening of dance
We’ll begin with gentle stretches to help you arrive after your week and settle into your body.
We will then spend the evening dancing to an incredible playlist; shaking, shifting and just having a good old boogie (because dancing doesn’t just need to be for when we go out) it’s an incredible and often joyful way to move the body.
Later, we’ll slow down with journaling giving your thoughts room to breathe and take shape on the page before finishing the evening with deep rest and relaxation.
A full evening where you get to dance, rest and reset.
You can expect: Gentle yoga stretches, dancing, poetry, journaling, deep rest, and music.

Happy hump day ✨

✨Back to Nature - A Summer Yoga Retreat

Seasonal Yoga is back on Friday 30th January at 11am and this month, we’ll be honouring the celtic festival of Imbolc 🌅 The snowdrops are soooo close now folks!
Welcoming the first signs of spring and the long awaited returning of the light. Halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox - rising from deep rest, we’ll softly begin to rekindle our inner fire with slow and gentle movement to reawaken as winter fades.
Be gently guided towards connecting with your own internal rhythms in harmony with the cycles and wisdom of nature.
Guided breathwork to relax, release or energise; mindful movement sequences for physical mobility, strength, flexibility, balance and stability; meditation for building resilience and mental clarity and deep relaxation to leave you feeling nurtured and calm.
Each month, Shelagh will suggest one way you can begin to deepen your relationship with nature, inviting you to take your practice off the mat and into everyday life. Gentle encouragement to live more mindfully, creating a feeling of presence and connection with nature as your guide.

Hello and welcome to Nurture, our beautiful Yoga and Therapy Centre in Saddleworth.
Here at Nurture, we believe in an integrated approach to health and well being and so promote the importance of caring for mind, body and the earth.
We hold one belief above any other, that we are all intrinsically connected to every other living part of this planet. We all form a unique part of this incredible ecosystem and if we humans care for ourselves and each other, we can help to create a culture that encourages all of us to care for and respect the earth, our home!
At the core of everything we share, is a hope that we can inspire everybody who crosses our threshold to feel good about themselves and to leave with a knowledge that you have joined a supportive community, committed to creating a better future through caring for ourselves and our planet.
We have carefully crafted a variety of yoga classes, open to everybody and designed to appeal to all tastes and abilities. Our complementary health services are also carefully chosen to meet the needs of mind and body whilst ensuring professional, accessible and ethical care. Our current practitioners include a McTimoney Chiropractor, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Coach and we invite expressions of interest from like minded professionals.
We have done our best to create Nurture using non-toxic, re-cycled, re-purposed or sustainable materials where possible. We have a no single use plastic policy and help to preserve our local landscape via our MindfulWild project
