Somewhere along the way we got conditioned to blame ourselves for our trauma— the fact that we have needs (eww) or feelings (uggghh) & we take up space (ahhh) and breathe oxygen (accckk).

Thing is: your trauma WASN'T your fault. No matter how "annoyingly" human you are.

What a delightful experience I had this week trying my first ever reflexology session.

I have heard of this therapy before but never actually managed to experience it first hand.

All I can say is that I am mesmorised about this treament now and its potential to heal and target specific areas of the body.

The human body is so perfectly designed that we have the ability to recieve treatments like this.

The level of relaxation and clearing I felt was immense. The clearing took place on an energetic, physical, and emotional level. After a couple of stressful months I had certainly had a build up internally and the reflexology was a great aide to help me release that.

H**e carefully explained that each part of your foot corresponds to a specific part of your body. When pressed in that exact area the reflexologist can tell whether that part of the body needs attention. They can feel if there are energetic blocks present or tension.

An all round profound yet professional experience, we are all going to be very lucky to recieve these treatments from H**e when she passes her course soon. She is actually attending the best course in the country and is learning side by side with reflexology practitioners who have been doing treatments for decades. This is a craft that endures constant training as there is so much for them to learn and its a holistic treament that is continually updated.

What's meant for us......

There are a very clear set of universal laws, the most popular and well known is the law of attraction followed by the law of compensation also known as Karma.

The laws of the universe or gods laws are always working whether you want them too or not.

Often as a result of breaking these laws we have repeated experiences to bring our attention too them and correct ourselves and make us aware if we are breaking the universal laws. These laws are not written by any government but by the creator and reflected by the souls of each individual on earth.

The law of attraction ✨️ attracts events designed to make us feel where we need to address a problem or situation in life. Perhaps you have the same recurring relationship issues or you keep hurting a certain part of your body. A Fear of something can attract that very thing to help us release that fear.

The law of cause and effect ✨️ a lack of self love can cause us to attract events that show us where we are out of alignment . For instance certain illnesses or accidents can allow us to trace back where we are going wrong. For instance the cause of overworking excessively can be linked to colon issues. Not being grounded can cause anxiety.

We are always interacting with our environment via our surpressed and felt emotions. We live in an emotional feedback system. Our suppressed emotions attract events to get us to feel and release, the safest and most effective healing method is feeling our emotions fully at all times. Sadly we live in a society that thrives on our suppression of emotion.

We often choose to avoid feeling by projecting at others, taking substances such as alcohol, drugs and even sugar. We also put up a facade to cope with uncomfortable emotions, pretending we are OK and even as far as people pleasing.

It is 6 years since Healing Inside came about, it is so humbling to think of where I was 6 years ago and where the next 6 years could possibly go. Everything looks different around me, and most importantly feels different, because real change is internal and it is emotional.

I have experienced a lot of personal change in 6 years and as a result of that change it has been necessary to make changes to healing inside and what is offered to you all. This is as my own soul condition changes and my own learning emotionally integrates with what I now know to be true and loving.

Bearing that in mind this page will now be focusing on Emotional Healing, Holistic Health and Mediumship. We will still be doing events as they are very close to our heart and we will also be welcoming a very special person to the team.

H**e White has been an advocate and champion of holistic health and wellbeing for as long as I can remember, she is a mother to the beautiful Elfie and and an all round medicine woman. She is busy working behind the scenes to expand her offerings that I am sure she will share with you later this year.

So heres to change, and heres to Healing. Healing Inside from the Inside Out.... Watch this space.....

I have four spaces left in November for anyone who is interested in learning more about spirit communication more commonly known as Mediumship.

Sessions start from 2 hours for £40 and a 4 week course is 8 hours at £120

All sessions are administered via zoom unless you are happy to travel to saffron walden in Essex

Courses are aimed at beginners or those with a little experience. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary

Hello and welcome beautiful being,

First and foremost how are you feeling today?

The reason I ask is because so many of us are aware that we are carrying beliefs, blockages, and programmes that simply do not serve us. This can be related to a number of factors but normally include the many demands of our material life.

My name is Chantelle ( 34) and my goal is to heal and coach as many people as I can to recognise their full potential.
