Jenson has been having osteopathic treatment since he was 18 months old and heโ€™s now 3. He often asks his Mum if he can come and see me!๐Ÿ˜„

This was a lovely comment he made to his Mum after a treatment before immediately falling asleep in his car seat! ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ˜ด

Itโ€™s so nice to get direct feedback from young children that they really do benefit from osteopathy.๐Ÿ˜

It made me realise the importance of *actively* making it clear that Quendon Osteopathy is a safe and welcoming environment for everyone regardless of age, abilities, race, gender and sexual orientation. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒˆ

Sometimes it does us the world of good to push out of our comfort zone and try something new! ๐Ÿ˜Š
Today I did an aerial hoop and silks taster class. I have absolutely no dance or gymnastics experience, Iโ€™m not very flexible or graceful but I managed to get myself up on the hoop and silks and do a few moves!
It was so much fun! ๐Ÿ˜
What would be outside your comfort zone? What will you try next?

I love treating children, and itโ€™s great when you get some nice feedback from them.๐Ÿ˜

A frosty start to lockdown but looks like itโ€™s going to be a beautiful, if a tad chilly, day. As a healthcare professional, Iโ€™m still working and rest assured itโ€™s toasty warm in the treatment room and Iโ€™ve even got the electric blanket on! ๐Ÿ˜Š

England enters a new lockdown period from Thursday 5th November.

I would like to reassure you that as a registered Healthcare Professional I am still able to practice as an Osteopath and you are still able to to leave home to attend an osteopathic appointment. The government is actively encouraging people to attend medical appointments, and as Allied Health Professionals we can help to support the NHS by treating patients that might otherwise take up increasingly valuable NHS resources.

The health and safety of my patients is my top priority, and with established infection control and PPE measures in place as advised by Public Health England, I am confident that the clinic is as safe an environment as it can be, given the current circumstances.

Thank you for your continued support in these difficult times.โค๏ธ
