What to expect?
Rest, rest and more rest...
In our modern world, true rest rarely comes without effort (the irony!) - it’s something we need to consciously choose and create space for. This practice is an invitation to slow down and explore what it feels like to find radical comfort. Taking the time to really listen to your body, adding props and support until every part of you feels deeply held. From this place of ease, the body can finally soften, rebalance, and restore. From there I’ll guide you through Yoga Nidra, gently moving through the stages of sleep as your whole system resets.
No experience needed, just come as you are.
Props are provided, please wear warm socks and bring 2 same size small cushions if you can for even more radical comfort.
There will be a tasty home made treat on offer at the end to help re awaken.
