If I could pick only one stretch for my back this is my choice.

Get a thick band, grab it and walk back to a point of tension and don't fight it.

Thread your arm though to the band side

Important part...twist your hips from your lower back. If you twist too much for your legs you won't get a good stretch.

The running analysis is a chance for us to look into how you run and use software to carefully analyze how you run.

This will allow us to reduce the risk of injury and also open doors to understanding why you might feel the way you do when you run!

Breathwork will change a lot for you.

It changes your nervous system which is probably absolutely frazzled and creates space.

I recommend an app called Breathe. It's free.

Unlike stretching and strength work this can be done anywhere at anytime.
