Breathwork will change a lot for you.

It changes your nervous system which is probably absolutely frazzled and creates space.

I recommend an app called Breathe. It's free.

Unlike stretching and strength work this can be done anywhere at anytime.

I work daily with athletes who are relentless and determined to either be the best in their sport or simply wish to do their sport as long as possible, free of aches and pains..it's not too much to ask for right?

However...I also work with a huge amount of people who do not play sports but are fed up with the daily aches they have, which makes them irritable and desperate for help.

This is not an exact science, it really depends on the individual, but a "general" template I go by is

Active people - 2-4 weeks
Intense training - weekly
General aches and pains - Once a month

Normally what's stopping people is money. So, I do have a package option where you can get one or two free sessions when you book a block

The IT Band is too thick and hard to be changed from direct massage or rolling.

You need to work on the muscles around it.

Once you work on them, you will have some relief.

Focus on strengthen and releasing your TFL Glute max Glute medius and minimus Quad (especially your Vastus lateralis) Hip Flexors
