A big thank you to everyone who completed our 2026 survey. We asked our customers if the service we provide is helpful and if there was any improvements needed.

THIS YEAR WHY NOT BECOME A VOLUNTEER AT Shopmobility St Albans.

We provide free daily loans of electric scooters & manual wheelchairs.
We are looking for kind, caring people to volunteer with us. Full training will be given. Come and join our friendly team and be part of the Shopmobility community.

St.Albans District Council are holding a free money advice event this Wednesday 28th January 10-2pm. This is being held at St.Albans District Council offices in the chambers.

This event is free and open to everyone. You can drop in anytime during the day to speak with a range of organisations and find out about the support and advice available locally.

Good morning to all our customers.
Drover’s way and Russell Avenue car parks have got a new automatic number plate recognition system. The ANPR camera will record your registration on arrival at the barrier. You will now need to display your blue badge on the dash board during the duration of your stay. If you have been 3 hours or under just drive to the barrier on the way out and scan the blue badge with the barcode facing upwards under the scanner and the barrier will lift.

If you are more than 3 hours you can pay by contactless card at the barrier for the remaining balance owed once you have scanned the blue badge barcode. Any issues please visit the car parking customer service window in Drover’s Way or pop in and see us at Shopmobility St Albans.

Shopmobility St Albans will be open for the “Christmas Cracker” event on Sunday 16th November from 12 noon to 6pm.
If you need a scooter or a wheelchair to attend the event in St.Peter’s Street, please come along to the Shopmobility office in Drover’s way car park.
