Anyone who knows me well will know that I love a social occasion! I love people, dinners out, bubbles, desserts, cheese the lot!🎂🍾🥂💃🕺
My birthday weekend has of course been a little indulgent to say the least but as it draws to a close, I also know I couldn’t live like this 24/7.
It’s all about balance🦩. Go too much one way and you fall off the wagon and feel rubbish, too far the other way and life (in my view ) isn’t so much fun 🤩
Its the balancing bit that takes a bit of practise but for what it’s worth , it’s absolutely worth working at it!
And that’s why i do what i do! It’s what we teach on our flamingo 60 day lifestyle challenge.
We literally hold you by the hand and show you what we do. We take care of your meal planning for the whole of October and November, we give healthy recipes that the whole family can enjoy - whether it’s pizzas, chilli, curries, or vegetarian delights - there is literally something for everyone.

I LOVE GOING ON DIETS! Said no-one ever!

Truth is neither do I!

But I don’t want to be unhealthy, lethargic and out of shape either…can you really have your cake and eat it?

The answer is “YES” but you need to invest in yourself a little first!

What you really need to do is make changes to your lifestyle and this takes time – yes, I know you want an instant fix- but unfortunately that’s not how it works.

We’re not talking about doing anything EXTREME…..we’re just talking about making a few simple key changes that will pay you back big time!.

The good news is that as you start to make these simple changes, your body will start to respond – you’ll notice improvements in your energy, your ability to focus and concentrate, your skin, hair and nails will improve and yes those waist bands will also start to feel looser and your shape begin to change!

We have a lifestyle challenge starting on 26th and early bird prices are in operation until Sunday 18th September.

We will teach you these simple steps, we’ll guide you, support you, give you meal plans, exercise plans, work on your mindset…we’ll make you laugh along the way and by the beginning of the festive season you will feel bloody amazing!

These photos of me perfectly illustrate how by changing your lifestyle, your size and shape can change. What they DON'T show you is how much better I feel now, how much more confident I am, the difference in my energy & focus and the fact that I’m very rarely ill.

I used to start my day with toast or cereal, drink endless cups of coffee, snacked on high calorie foods like chocolate and crisps, bought too many ready meals and takeaways and drank alcohol most nights! I did actually exercise 3-4 times a week (mainly running) but to quote Chef Bunn “How’s that working out for you so far?! 🤣

I am excited to announce that I will be one of the guest speakers for an amazing charity event coming up at the end of this month.

Project YOU is bringing together a grouo of wellness experts, all of whom will deliver a workshop that will benefit either your physical, mental or emotional well being - it’s going to be incredible.
