Anna is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 30 years in practice, specialising in back pain, spinal conditions, and lower limb sports injuries. Alongside her clinical expertise, Anna is also a Senior Lecturer in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Hertfordshire – bringing the latest evidence-based care to her patients.
