Hello, I’m Jennifer aka the Happy Sleep Coach.

I love sleep and I love helping other families reach their sleep goals. I am based in St Albans however work with clients all over the country and overseas.

My journey to become a sleep consultant started in 2020 whilst in a global pandemic with a toddler and a newborn baby (madness I know)

I had my own sleep issues and reached out to a sleep consultant when Arthur was 10 months old and waking hourly for milk in the night. This experience changed my life in more ways than one. Not only did I reach my sleep goals it sparked my interest in sleep and gentle sleep methods. Since then I have helped hundreds of families get better sleep and enjoy more peaceful evenings.
