✨ Merry Christmas ✨

From our brilliant board of trustees and CEO. We wish you a safe Christmas. What we absolutely adore about our growing charity is the shared values at the core. We are still in our infancy, but we have achieved so much and it wouldn’t be possible without those that help make it happen. To our supporters, we thank you 🥰

As the theme of World Mental Health Day highlights, ‘mental health is a universal human right’. That’s why at It’s OK To Say, we strive everyday for a world where everyone has access to mental health support. It’s also our 5th birthday and what a 5 years it’s been!! We have so much to celebrate and making mental health and su***de prevention services even more accessible for all is certainly a huge part of our celebrations. It makes us so happy to see more and more people of all ages accessing support

At It’s OK To Say, we are searching for a web design and development team to work with over a 2 year developmental period and beyond.

Thanks to our dedication and tireless work, we are rapidly expanding. To date, we have helped over 80,000 people. This is especially meaningful because it means we can support even more people.

💻Our ambition is to create a powerful website supporting people with mental health and su***de prevention services. We are integrating a mental health support digital paltform accessible 24/7 and creating Hertfordshire’s first helpline (available on a nationwide level).

📞We’d love to hear from telecommunication companies too for our helpline!

This is all very exciting and we want to work with likeminded and passionate people and invite you to share your details here👇🏻and/or email support@itsoktosay.org.uk for consideration 🙏🏻

We can’t wait to meet you 👋🏻

An evening spent at a lecture hosted by the Lord Speaker, John FcFall with Alastair Campbell (whom we are a huge fan of), Sir Charles Walker - MP for Broxbourne (an absolute delight to meet Charles and his family) for mental health. A lecture highlighting the need for action and change. Our CEO, Stacey Turner wishes to personally thank Alastair Campbell for having her along as a guest. She looks like she’s about to burst into tears and said this, “seeing people like Alastair dedicated to campaigning, raising awareness, funds for charities and forging forward to help make national change is nothing but refreshing. His honesty, commitment and perseverance has led to becoming a fellow at Kings College in London and we are delighted to have met Professor Dame Till Wykes, who has invited me to Kings College and Maudsley Hospital to discover more about their research and I am so excited - like a child! Change must come from within and that’s why campaigning, raising awareness and charities like us are so important and it gives me great pleasure to be part of it all.”
