A little update about ETL Run Club 🧡
We’ve decided to close ETL Run Club for now. It hasn’t been an easy decision - after 2.5 years, we’re proud of all we’ve built - but it’s the right move so we can focus on what we do best: coaching.
There are lots of great social run clubs out there, and we want to let them keep doing their thing while we focus on helping runners with:
• Strength and conditioning
• Personalised programming
• Sports massage & recovery support
• Nutrition coaching
These are the things that keep runners strong, fit, injury-free, healthy and confident - and the areas we couldn’t fully offer in weekly Run Club sessions, though we’re incredibly proud of the support, expertise, and community we shared.
A huge shoutout to Iwan, who’s been amazing heading up the run club, planning and coaching the run sessions.
Iwan’s now focusing on our online run coaching and will also be offering run-specific strength sessions, giving runners tailored programmes and ongoing support.
As a team, we’re placing all our focsus on our coaching clients, in person and online, and supporting our community even more with their nutrition, fitness, strength, mindset and wellbeing, and social meets through the year.
We’re also now offering workshops for businesses and local sports clubs.
