Today's song that's stuck in my head is Sanctuary.

The song is about sharing your worries and bad times with someone your close to.

To me this shows someone has got a lot on their mind and is going through a hard time mentally and maybe also physically.

I feel like I don't know where to turn or who to trust even. Take a deep breath and focus on yourself. What is your gut telling you? Trust your gut feelings and go forward.

There are people around you who you can trust you just need to have faith and reach out to them.
