Get outdoors and hit the green on our 8 hole golf course or practice your swing on the tennis courts. Once you have pushed hard then take time to stretch out in our warm indoor pool, soothe sore muscles in the Scandinavian sauna or relax in our mood lit eucalyptus steam room.
