🌊🔥 What an opening week!
A huge thank you to the community for the overwhelming welcome and support we’ve had at Whitesands! ❤️
We’ve given away nearly 50 free sessions to local people, and it’s been amazing to see a steady stream of off-season visitors enjoying the sauna too — a mix of calm, exhilaration, and big smiles all round.
It’s been such a fun week, and so lovely to chat with so many of you who’ve come down just to say hello and wish us well.
Here’s to many more warm moments by the sea 🧖‍♂️🌊

I’ve got som exiting news: The Whitesands Sauna is about to launch!

I am launching a new mobile sauna at Whitesands Beach on Monday 27th. This is a dream project that has been in the pipeline for years, and now, it’s finally happening.

The sauna will operate at Whitesands year round and is now open for bookings.

The project has a strong community focus with a free introductory session for all St.Davids residents, as well as a free four week program for people suffering from a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.

We're busy behind the scenes building the sauna and the plan is to get it to Whitesands Bay for Saturday 25th October - fingers crossed! 🤞

Booking is NOW OPEN but we ask that you keep in mind that if the build takes a little longer than planned we might not get to the beach until Monday 27th October.

Please do go ahead and book your sessions on the 25th and the 26th - and if we're running late we'll refund you and allow you to rebook for the week commencing 27th. Thank you!
