Hey everyone, a quick heads up about appointment reminders. I’m sorry if you’ve received messages you didn’t expect, I hadn’t realised the system was still booking them. For now, all bookings are cancelled and we’ll set fresh, when I’m ready to return.

On the bright side, there’s good news from our side: Jayden is doing better with the adaptions we’ve put in place. Jakob is still homeschooled, with a place in the New Year at an alternative provision while we wait for a definite SEN placement from the LA. Ariella is back to her bright self after a rough flu spell, and Daddy too (the flu has been twice in our house now) and I, myself is staying on top of meds and appointments as we begin to turn a corner healthwise this week.

What a year it’s been, loving what I do, and starting a fresh in a lovely place but also a year full of family health worries. We’ll get there, and I’m hoping for a calmer, more settled 2026. I can’t wait for the Christmas magic with our family: baking, lights, films, events, and plenty of festive cheer. The Grinch is welcome year-round in our house, and we’re as ready as ever for the festive season.

Good morning, everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to update you about the business. Unfortunately, I’ve made the difficult decision to close for now as we’re still at the hospital with Jayden. The tests he’s undergoing are extensive as we work to find out what’s going on. We thought he was getting better, but things escalated yesterday, and I just don’t have the mental space to focus on work until I know what’s happening.

It’s been a whirlwind and incredibly exhausting, and even if we do get him home this week, we’ll need time to process everything and follow whatever plan the doctors put in place.

For anyone who has paid deposits for this month, I will be reimbursing you. I also want to avoid continually canceling appointments, as I don’t have the capacity to rearrange right now. Taking this time out feels necessary for me to reset, recharge, and prepare for future appointments.

Please keep your appointments for next month, and I’ll reach out to inform you if anything needs to change as we get closer to that time.

Appointments from now until November 15th will be canceled, and I’ll reassess as we move forward.

Thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time. Your kindness means the world to me.

Hey everyone,

On Wednesday, Jayden was rushed to the hospital after collapsing and not himself. He had raised lymph nodes and was a bit out of it, which was incredibly scary for all of us.

Thankfully, they’re running extensive tests and checking for everything possible. I’m relieved that he’s regained his mobility now and is back to being his witty, funny self! It’s a huge relief, but the experience has been tough.

As a result, I’ve made the decision to shut the business for this week, and all clients have been informed for this week. I appreciate your understanding during this time and I’ll be in touch again if anything changes going forward.

I don’t want to focus too much on the details, but it’s been a whirlwind, and I just felt it was important to keep you all in the loop and that I haven’t just disappeared. Thank you for your support and kindness.
