Narcissists feel out of control at Christmas. You will find they are more aggressive up their messaging trying to start conversations with you, and they will try hovering you back in and love bombing you too!

They will use every single thing they can possibly think of using to get in touch with you.
So what can you do to minimise this time, that can turn into being a nightmare for you, during the festive period?💝

it is in your power how your Christmas and holiday plays out that doesn't mean to say that they are going to behave in a certain way but hear me out…
We know it’s coming. You know the Narcissist in your life will try and make everything about them. We know this information! We know that they will play the victim role.

But it is your choice how you respond to this and whether you feed their supply!
