a classifying phrase or name applied to a person or thing, especially one that is inaccurate or restrictive.
Labels can really control our lives, sometimes we have so many put on us that the combined weight really holds us down and can stop us being who we are.
Labels are also important, they help us understand what a thing is thought allowing a label to define who we are completely locks us into the limits of that label and restrictions out ability to function at our best and that is seldom useful for someone who is obviously so much more than that.
