Last month, we gathered at the fabulous Quattro's Italian Restaurant to celebrate the incredible commitment of our colleagues who have been with us for 10, 15, 20 and even 25 years.

This evening was filled with laughter, amazing food and a warm atmosphere. But most importantly, it was about recognising the people who make Fairfield Independent Hospital what it is today!

Last week we shone a spotlight on our incredible radiology team and the vital role they play in patient care and diagnosis.

We marked International Infection Prevention Week and Restart a Heart Day with activities focused on sepsis awareness, hand hygiene and CPR training.

Danielle from Business Admin won our 'Guess the sweets in the jar challenge' with a guess of 72 and our sepsis cake collection raised over £30.

We had a fang-tastic time celebrating Halloween with our spooktacular fundraiser for Willowbrook Hospice today!

Our amazing staff showed incredible generosity and team spirit, making the day full of fun and spooky cakes, everyone came together to support a wonderful cause. Thanks to their ghoulish generosity, we raised over £300!

Special shout-out to Danielle from Business Admin, who guessed the winning witch name – Aggy – on our scratch card!

We’re thrilled to be celebrating two incredible team members as our recent Star Employees of the Month!

✨ Caroline was our August Star for her amazing support on the ward during the early days under Circle Health Group. She took on extra responsibilities, offered guidance and encouragement, and always brought positivity to the team — all with a smile!

🍰 Margaret shone as our September Star, not just as a Star Baker (her cakes are legendary!), but for stepping in to cover shifts during a period of long-term sickness. Her cheerful attitude and reliability make her a true asset to the hospitality team.

A first at Fairfield! We’re thrilled to introduce Adrian, our first cryotherapy patient at Fairfield Independent Hospital!
