NWMS performed a recent patient survey, via phone call 📞 (50 patients) here is our feedback.

🤝 100% of patients were treated with dignity, respect and kindness

⛑️ 100% of patients said they felt involved in their own care and clear explanations of care where provided

✅ 100% of patients felt safe

⭐️ 92% of all patients rated our services 5 stars! 🤩

💔 with 2% of patients not choosing NWMS as its preferred provider. This is always sad to hear, but at NWMS we take all feedback seriously and we are actively improving our processes to ensure 100% of patients are satisfied 💚 which remains our ultimate priority.

Thank you to all patients involved in this small end of year survey of nearly 700 patients in 2025! Here’s to 2026!
