TEXTURED BIXIE

This undercut Bixie (a blend of bob + pixie) is one of my favourite styles, it’s soft around the face but with loads of texture and movement through the top great for clients who don’t want to feel too short

My client Louise looks absolutely stunning with this cut and colour combo I created, with rich brunette tones and warmer ribbons running through to give it depth and shine

This kind of cut can look great on oval, heart or square face shapes especially if you like something more textured and less maintenance than a pixie cut

CHOCOLATE ORANGE GLOW 🍊

I absolutely love a rich chocolate tone!

I created this soft, glossy chocolate orange tone to enhance my lovely client, Charlottes natural colour using a Demi permanent colour. It’s perfect for adding depth and shine while keeping it natural and effortless.

This shade catches the light beautifully and feels so healthy and smooth, proper autumn hair goals.

BUTTER BLONDE

Soft, creamy and full of shine, this buttery blonde is such a lovely way to blend and disguise natural greys while keeping things bright and fresh

The BIG WINTER COAT Campaign 2025

St Helens is piloting a Pick-A-Coat Event this November to assist families and individuals who might want to give a winter coat a new home. The campaign encourages community members to donate clean, gently worn winter coats of all sizes and styles, along with hats, scarves, and gloves.

Donations can be dropped off between October 20th and October 31st at the following locations:

- YMCA – Beacon Building, College Street, St Helens (WA10 1TF)
- Parish Church St Helens, Church Square, Town Centre (WA10 1HP)

These donated items will be sorted and made available at several Pick-A-Coat Days, where anyone in the St Helens community can come and choose a coat freely and without referral. The goal is to share the warmth. The information regarding ‘Pick a Coat’ sessions will be shared at a later date by Halton & St Helens Voluntary and Community Action

AUNTY GINNYS BEES

Your probably wondering why on earth I’m posting honey on our salon page but this isn’t just ANY honey (and no it’s not M&S either lol) 😂

It was actually produced by my lovely client Virginia and her Bees!!! 🐝 and she kindly brought me some in the salon as a gift

Honestly, I was fascinated when Virginia told me how much effort from herself as a bee keeper and of course the amazing bees goes in to producing this amazing organic honey it’s really makes you appreciate nature and their gifts even more

Anyways shout out to Virginia for doing such amazing work and trust me Martin is fussy but this honey comes HIGHLY recommended
