Lyndsey May offers treatment in the comfort of your own home or at her therapy room at Ruby and Norm in Lewisham. Treatments include Reiki, Crystal healing and 1-1 Meditation sessions. Lyndsey also organises Angel card evenings in your home where she creates a warm, relaxing environment, it's a great opportunity to have friends over and catch up! Meditation/Relaxation classes are held on Tuesday at The Mick Jagger Centre, Dartford 7.30pm till 8.30pm, please contact for more details.

As we move towards Yule our goddess sessions close for the year so we can gently retreat and enter our “Wintering” It truly has been an honour to share these sessions with amazing women where we create a sisterhood and safe place to slow down. Living a goddess life is easy it’s making a choice to do so that’s the hard part. Are you ready to live like a goddess in 2026 ? Our next date returns Monday 12th January 7.30pm St Helen’s. It’s our final Goddess meditation of the year.
The Inversion Loft 8th December 7.30pm 2025

Theme: Slow down this December , Fill your cup with peace AND Harmony. Feel the magic inside yourself.

Enjoy a cup of heart warming Cacao to help you to open your heart and breathe with ease, participate in some reflective journaling of 2025 and join me for a game of peaceful pass the parcel.

Each goddess will take home a crystal to work with for the month ahead.

Finally snuggle down into your pillow, cover yourself with blankets for a very special Christmas themed candlelit meditation with scents of pine trees and nature, perfect for any goddess.

This is the perfect way to prepare yourself for season of Christmas.
