There's always reasons to put off starting your slimming journey.

January- too much christmas food and treats still in the house!

February- Valentines meal, half term. March/ April- Easter, kids off.

May- bank holidays, weekends away. June/July/ August-kids off again! Summer holidays. September, recovering after summer!

Autumn is arriving, comfort food wanted. November- Bonfire night and nearly Christmas, why bother?

December- hmm m.....cant think of anything for this month 😉 On top of that there's birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, parties etc etc etc. So instead of trying to slim when these events are finished or letting them overwhelm you, come and join us so we can help you manage these events and lose weight at the same time.
The hardest step is the first step to decide that you want to change.
