Willowbrook Fashion and Home - Kirkby is looking for friendly faces to join our amazing team of volunteers! 💙💚

*EDITED 29th October - We have been overwhelmed with deliveries of white towels, thank you so much to everyone who supported our appeal - we gratefully ask for no more donations at this time as our store cupboard is now full to the brim!*.....................................................................................................................................

Back in 2019, thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we appealed for brand new white bath and hand towels for our ward at Willowbrook Hospice. Your kindness made such a difference, and we are truly grateful.

Now, after years of use, our towels need replacing to continue offering that comfort. If you can help by donating brand new white bath and hand towels, we would be deeply thankful.

As you may know, our service is free to access but not free to provide. It costs £5.9 million per year to run our hospice, with only £1.6 million coming from NHS funding. We have to raise the remaining amount ourselves to keep providing the care and comfort our patients deserve.

Any donations of brand new towels can be dropped off at Willowbrook Hospice, Portico Lane, Prescot L34 2QT. We thank you in advance for your support 💙💚

🌿 We’ll be at Trafford’s Bereavement Day 🌿

We’re proud to be supporting Trafford Council’s Bereavement Day at Sale Town Hall, bringing together local services and professionals who support people before, during and after a bereavement.

Come along to hear from the Coroner, Medical Examiners, Registrars, Funeral Directors and Trafford Bereavement Services, and chat with our team about the free emotional and practical support we provide.
