About Us

We ensure that our service users have the comfort and enjoyment of staying in their own homes and are able to be as self sufficient as possible.

A successful candidate must have your own transport and a FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE.

Candidates need:
A full DBS check - don't worry we'll do this for you,
NO prior experience,
full training is provided as well as enrollment on an NVQ Level 2 course in Health and Social Care.
Already got a Level 2 in Health and Social Care? - not a problem! We'll happily enroll you on the next Level of NVQ to assist your
continuous professional development.
Work towards your Care Certificate straight away.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting with getting dressed and putting to bed
Shopping, cleaning and everyday tasks
Preparing meals
Prompting Medication
Assisting with personal hygiene
Companionship
Shopping
Sit in Services

Working hours:
Normal Hours - extremely flexible between 07:00 and 22:00.
Monday - Sunday.
Morning, Lunch, Afternoon and Beds
Full/Part Time hours available
Travel Time Paid
Set Rotas
£10.00PH Weekdays
£11.00PH Weekends

As the year of 2020 is drawing to a close Hand in Hand Homecare Agency Ltd would like to take this opportunity to not only wish all our employees and service users a very Merry Christmas but also to say a very big THANK YOU!

As we are all well aware this year has certainly been anything but normal, it really has been turned upside down on its head! But throughout all the ups and downs of this horrendous pandemic you are the ones that have pushed and pushed through with no complaints, no selfishness and its your determination, grit and attitude to work just as hard as any other year and to do your up most to protect our most vulnerable in our communities! And we thank every last one of you for this.

You have got up everyday of this horrible year, put on a smile and stood up to the plate. This hasn't been easy for any off us but to do what you have done and continue to do, you should be emensley proud of what you stand for and all your hard work/determination to pull through this but also to protect all our service users!

We and you alone know exactly what you do in your roles at the best of times as it is not easy let alone throughout this pandemic... you are a CARER and that job title has never been more important, you should all be very proud to call yourself that! Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication, not only to the agency but to all your service users who you have been a rock, a lifeline to. I am sure they would all love to give you all a massive thank you also!

We are immensely proud of your attitude and grit to wake up every day and continue to give everything you can to support the most vulnerable of our society. You don't just provide care, but you also provide hope when they need it most. You do this with selflessness.

Hand In Hand Homecare Agency Ltd are still here through such concerning and testing times!

We would like to reassure all our service users that are using our service to know that we are continuing to work closely with social services and the Government to ensure that everyone remains safe and looked after. If you have any concerns or any worries about the current situation please know that we are here for you to help you all get through this.

We know our employees out there in the community dont get much recognition at the best of times but we all must stick together now more than ever! We are here for you all and if you need anything, please just ask. We would like to say a massive thank you to every last one of you who are still continuing to put yourselves at risk every day and the continuous hard work you continue to carry out every day. We appreciate everything you are doing and for the continuous support! Thank you.

Please everyone listen to the advice that has been given and stay at home if you can for the shake of all carers out there so they can continue to provide a service and help our most valuable in such hard times. Please make sure all your hands are being washed more often than normal and please keep your distance from others! For the shake of our carers and service users please think twice about not staying in, we all have to help ourselves help others so please follow the advice given. Thank you.

Keep safe out there everyone and look after yourselves and others. Thank you to you all and other Homecare services out there up and down the country, who are also making this possible and working around the clock to keep us going through such tough times.
